Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel an order within 30 days of date of purchase. All products that have been dispatched must arrive back with us in the original packaging un opened, it is your responsibility to return the products on an insured and registered carrier at your cost.

 

Please notify us by e-mail before returning goods, we will advise you within one working day of the return address for the product. We will return the cost of cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Damages or Shortages
Please note that it is your responsibility to check the goods for any damage or shortages and record any problems on the delivery receipt. If the item is badly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately. Transform Designs does not accept any responsibility for lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being incorrect, delayed or postponed.

Returns
We must be notified by e-mail of any damaged deliveries or missing items within a reasonable period of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for refund or replacement.

 

Returned goods will be accepted after confirmation by e-mail from Transform Designs. This e-mail will contain details of where to send your returned items.
